Volkswagen has announced that it has begun exporting the made-in-India Virtus. The first shipment of 3,000 units is heading to Mexico from the Mumbai port. Soon, more India-made SAVWIPL (Skoda Auto Volkswagen India Pvt. Ltd.) products will join the list of exported models and head to markets across Latin America, Southeast Asia and the Caribbean region, among others.
