Air India To Start Delhi-Phuket Flight Soon
Air India has announced that from December 15, 2023, a nonstop service linking Delhi with Phuket will start. It will be operated with a 162-seater Airbus A320. The aircraft will have a two-class layout – 150 seats in Economy and 12 in Business Class.
Flight AI 378 will take off from Delhi at 01:10 and land in Phuket the same day at 07:10. The return leg will leave Thailand’s famous island at 08:10 and land in Delhi at 10:50 (all times are local). To begin with, Air India will offer this service four times a week – Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. However, it will become a daily affair from January 2024.
Air India currently operates 26 flights to Bangkok, with daily direct services from Delhi and Mumbai and six a week from Kolkata. Customers can find connections to 10 destinations in Thailand, Laos and Cambodia because of its interline partnership with Bangkok Airways.

Genesis Middle East & Africa has become the official automotive sponsor of AlUla Moments – a collection of events taking place in AlUla, located northwest of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The one-year contract is in partnership with the official distributors of the South Korean carmaker in KSA.
As a result of this sponsorship contract, Genesis customers will be provided with “several benefits”, including pop-ups and exclusive experiences for VIPs. Moreover, it allows the carmaker to present its strength in the industry throughout the events, concerts and festivals that make up AlUla Moments.

Massachusetts-based sportswear brand New Balance has introduced a new range of running shoes called Fresh Foam 1080v13. The brand claims the new footwear is versatile, adapting well to activities such as jogging, sprinting, or just running around town, completing day-to-day stuff. The key features include a new outsole design that provides improved forefoot stiffness, lighter Fresh Foam X cushioning for a comfier running experience, increased midsole stack height and a breathable mesh upper layer. Rounding off the shoe are reflective highlights, which will be helpful in low-light runs.

Dubai Festival City Is Home To Flagship BYD Outlet
Chinese EV maker BYD (Build Your Dreams) and Al-Futtaim Electric Mobility Company have inaugurated the flagship showroom and ‘Discovery Centre’ at Dubai Festival City. The location, with direct mall access, is ideal for attracting potential customers. The showroom covers nearly 800 sq.m. and boasts BYD’s latest design language using whites, greys and warm timber accents. Other features include a 6-metre high curved perimeter display that showcases a vertical chassis frame. The outlet also houses a lounge café, private meeting rooms, a handover bay and an accessories section.
Al-Futtaim Group has also been named the ‘Strategic E-Mobility Partner’ of the 2023 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP28), scheduled from November 30 to December 12, 2023, at Expo City Dubai. The Group will deliver 370 electrified vehicles for the event, including cars, SUVs and buses. Besides including BYD cars in the fleet, Al-Futtaim Group will install Charge2Moov EV charging stations for COP28.

2023 Formula One Season Finale Is Underway
The fifteenth edition of the Formula One Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix at the Yas Marina Circuit is live. The four-day event welcomed thousands on the first day. This year’s Abu Dhabi GP is expected to be the biggest ever. There are several reasons behind that, including all-new vantage points, such as the West Straight Grandstand and the Deck at Two hospitality space overlooking turn 2 of the famous track. Apart from that, visitors have multiple other avenues for entertainment. The list includes concerts from international artists and musical performances.
