House of Brands will make its debut at Watches and Wonders Geneva. The group takes a shared booth at the fair from 5th to 11th April 2027. It brings together Breitling, Universal Genève and Gallet. None of the three have exhibited there before. Breitling has typically exhibited elsewhere in Geneva, while Universal Genève and Gallet are still early in their revivals. So, for a group this young, walking straight into the Palexpo convention center says a lot.
What is House of Brands?
House of Brands brings Breitling, Gallet and Universal Genève under one unified strategy. Georges Kern, its chief executive, launched the group at Dubai Watch Week in November 2025. The aim is simple. It wants to protect and revive important names, while serving different buyers. That reach runs from accessible luxury to the very top of the craft. Kern sees the fair as the industry’s leading stage, yet one that allows each brand tell its own story. He believes the group’s arrival adds real weight to an already strong line-up.
When is Watches and Wonders 2027?
Watches and Wonders Geneva runs from 5th to 11th April 2027. It takes place at the Palexpo convention centre in Geneva. This is the biggest and most important watch fair in the world. The 2026 edition ran just over two months ago. It gathered 65 brands and drew around 60,000 visitors, including 1,750 journalists. At this scale, three new names on one booth will be hard to miss. Because of this, the House of Brands debut already ranks among the biggest stories of 2027.
Which brands make up House of Brands?

Breitling opened its doors in 1884. It invented the modern chronograph and remains a leader in aviation watches, thanks to the Navitimer. In the water, it has the Superocean dive line. Its chronograph expertise is among the best in the industry. Earlier this year, it also announced a new partnership with Aston Martin, which builds its presence in cars. On top of that, it has just refreshed the Chronomat, its iconic sports family. Jean-Marc Pontroué now leads Breitling as chief executive.

Universal Genève dates back to 1894. In fact, it is a legendary name. Collectors know it best for the Polerouter, an aviation-inspired watch designed by the legendary Gerald Genta. Partners Group, the majority owner of Breitling, bought the rights in December 2023. After that, Breitling worked hard to bring the brand back. It relaunched in early April with real fanfare and a full set of models. The Polerouter and Compax chronograph led the line-up, landing just before Geneva watch week.

Gallet goes back to 1826 and is famous for its stopwatches and chronographs. The brand lives for adventure and a spirit of wanderlust. So it takes House of Brands into the accessible luxury space. Breitling owns the rights to the name. It will launch the revived collection in September. After that, more pieces will follow at Watches and Wonders Geneva in 2027.
Our Thoughts
House of Brands stepping inside Watches and Wonders is a real shift. A shared booth with Breitling, Universal Genève and Gallet is also a statement of intent. I attended the fair in 2025 and 2026, so I saw firsthand the pull a strong presence creates. The booth will draw visitors. With them come the worldwide media, dealers, collectors and the enthusiasts. All of them get to know three distinct brands up close. These brands have gained hugely from Georges Kern and his team. Still, one question is worth watching. Does one roof lift three separate identities, or blur them? So far, the Universal Genève revival suggests this team has earned the benefit of the doubt.
