Runners walked into the On Dubai store for the first time on 22 July 2026. The Swiss brand now has a physical home in the UAE. On has built a following here for years through its running shoes and its run clubs. The move into retail feels overdue rather than sudden. Dubai is also only the third stop on a longer list, because On plans nine more GCC stores within two years. This one opens with the full portfolio rather than a travel-sized edit.
Where is the On Dubai store located?
You will find the On Dubai store in Unit CO6G, on the ground floor of Mall of the Emirates. The address sits on Sheikh Zayed Road in Al Barsha. The mall connects directly to the Dubai Metro Red Line, so most residents reach it without a car.
Opening hours run from 10:00 to 23:00 between Monday and Thursday. The doors stay open until midnight from Friday to Sunday. That late weekend closure matters in Dubai, where shopping and training both shift towards the evening.
What can you buy at the On Dubai store?
At 265 sqm, the On Dubai store holds On’s complete product portfolio. That starts with high-performance running shoes built around the brand’s signature CloudTec technology. Technical apparel and accessories fill out the rest.
Coverage spans running, outdoor, training, tennis, and all-day wear, so the space works for a marathon build and a weekend coffee run alike. On designed it as a premium, immersive experience, and the fit-out echoes the functional thinking behind the products.
How did On open its Dubai store?
On marked the launch with “The Moment”, starting with a VIP preview for friends of the brand. The public followed at noon, and a live DJ set the tone. That high-energy atmosphere matches the spirit the brand builds its identity around.
Celebrations then carried into the next day. A community run at Mall of the Emirates on 23 July brought together On ambassadors, partners and local runners. The opening became a group activity rather than a ribbon-cutting.

Where do On’s Dubai run clubs meet?
Dubai’s On community already gathers every week at Orto Café on Kite Beach. Those run clubs regularly pull more than 100 participants, and the store also hosts occasional movement sessions.
Bianca Pestalozzi-Houchangnia, General Manager EMEA at On, frames the On Dubai store as a community home rather than just a shop. She points to the city’s energy and its residents’ appetite for sport and wellbeing as a natural fit for the brand’s mission. On that reading, the space works as a meeting point first and a till second.
How many On stores are coming to the GCC?
Another nine On stores will open across the GCC within two years. That would take the regional count to twelve. Riyadh came first in October 2025, Kuwait followed in February 2026, and the On Dubai store now completes the current trio.
Since 2024, On has worked with Mizzen, part of the Seddiqi Holding group, as its GCC and Jordan representative. That partnership underpins the rollout.
