The Mark Grand Slam Extravaganza hands six people the closing weekend of the 2026 US Open, wrapped inside one of New York’s most talked-about hotel suites. The Mark Hotel has built the four-night package around 12 championship tickets. Also included are a court session with John McEnroe and full run of The Mark Penthouse. It carries a price of USD 500,000.

What does The Mark Grand Slam Extravaganza include?
The package covers six tickets to the US Open Men’s Semifinals and six to the Men’s Final, which spans both halves of the tournament’s most contested weekend. A dedicated chauffeur then carries the group to and from the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center for every match.
Beyond the tennis, the four nights unfold across The Mark Penthouse. It occupies the hotel’s top two floors and turns into a private residence for the weekend. Furthermore, The Mark Restaurant by Jean-Georges and Caviar Kaspia at The Mark both prepare bespoke menus for the group. Between matches, guests can use the Penthouse’s private Technogym and its smart cold plunge or take the terrace and its view over Central Park.

Who leads the private tennis lesson?
John McEnroe takes the session himself, at the John McEnroe Tennis Academy. The lesson puts guests on court with one of the sport’s most recognisable champions. The same chauffeur service covers the journey there.
The Mark also directs a portion of the package proceeds back to the Academy. That contribution supports McEnroe’s work in giving young athletes access to world-class coaching. It also gives opportunities that reach well past the baseline.
What is The Mark Penthouse like?
The Penthouse is the largest hotel penthouse suite in North America. As mentioned before, it is spread across the hotel’s top two floors with interiors by Jacques Grange. For championship weekend, it behaves less like a suite and more like a borrowed apartment above Madison Avenue.
The terrace carries most of the drama. It opens onto Central Park and the Manhattan skyline. Once evening lands, it becomes an open-air cocktail setting where champagne meets the city. Guests also get a private Technogym training room, plus the smart cold plunge on the terrace itself, which earns its keep after a long afternoon in the stands.

What happens on The Mark’s sailboat?
The Mark’s 21-metre Herreshoff sailboat handles the celebration. It remains one of the last of its kind still sailing, and it departs Chelsea Piers whenever the group chooses to go.
From there, the private charter runs out through New York Harbor and past the Statue of Liberty. Meanwhile, the catering follows the same standard as the Penthouse, because Jean-Georges Vongerichten or Caviar Kaspia at The Mark supply the menu on board. Champagne travels with it.

What is The Mark Tennis Club?
The Mark Tennis Club returns for the tournament, and it is the part of the season anyone can turn up for. From Friday 28 August to Sunday 13 September 2026, the hotel’s signature flower cart on Madison Avenue swaps its blooms for a tennis display of custom caps, branded balls and vintage rackets.
The hotel’s hot dog cart handles the merchandise across the same stretch. It sells The Mark Custom Tennis Balls at USD 30, The Mark Tennis Club Cap at USD 35 and tennis cookies at USD 6. Furthermore, The Mark Restaurant and The Mark Bar pour a cappuccino finished with The Mark Tennis Club motif, which is about as Upper East Side as a coffee gets.
