What is Bugatti Residences Miami?
Bugatti Residences Miami is the marque’s first branded home project in the United States. Bugatti has shaped it with two partners. Prosper Group, led by Jay Roberts, brings a modern take on high-end Miami property. Versluys Group, meanwhile, has built for over a century under Bart Versluys. Together, they carry Bugatti’s Art de Vivre, its art of living, from Molsheim to Miami. Ettore Bugatti founded the marque there in 1909. Since then, the house has chased the incomparable.
Where will Bugatti Residences Miami stand?
The project will sit on one of Brickell’s last waterfront plots, at 75 SW Miami Avenue Road. The Miami River shapes the setting, and the water leads out toward Biscayne Bay. Meanwhile, the financial district, the dining scene and the art community all sit close by. So, the address pairs calm water with the city’s pull. Brickell also holds the contrast that defines Miami. It feels lively yet polished, tropical yet urban, global yet deeply local.

How is Bugatti shaping the residences?

So, the team weighs arrival, privacy, service, and daily life alongside the design. Brandon Haw Architecture leads the design, while Yabu Pushelberg shapes the interiors. In short, the precision behind Bugatti’s hyper sports cars now moves indoors.

Who will look after residents day to day?
Bugatti has picked Rhodium as its global operating partner for the residences. The firm works at the top end of the market, and the Monaco Royal Family invests in it. Its work also spans some of the world’s most prestigious branded homes. As a result, service enters the plan early, with white-glove butler service, discretion, personal touches and smooth daily running. Bart Versluys calls the model hospitality-driven, and he argues that true luxury reaches well past looks.

Wiebke Ståhl, who leads Bugatti International, points to the city’s bold architecture, creative energy and global pull. That vision also covers every part of living there, from design to service. Bugatti, meanwhile, plans to add only a few chosen experiences that stay true to its roots.

When can buyers step in?
Bugatti plans to open the offering to buyers in 2027. Until then, the official website will open a priority list that offers early access to new releases. Bugatti and its partners have not yet published prices. So, the cost of a home here remains open. The site still sets the tone.
