ROLLS-ROYCE OPENS STATE-OF-THE-ART SERVICE FACILITY IN DOHA

The new space embodies the marque’s new visual identity that will be adopted by showrooms and service centres around the globe

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Doha has announced the opening of their very first standalone Ownership Services facility dedicated to providing its affluent clientele with personalized experiences and services. It Is located at Jery Al Samur, within the Alfardan Automotive Complex in Doha, Qatar.

The highlight of the centre is the embodiment of the marque’s new visual identity that can also be seen at the newly revamped Rolls-Royce showroom In Dubai, which is said to resonate well with the brand’s growing demographics including those of younger age brackets. It was inaugurated in the presence of Mr. Omar Hussain Alfardan, President and CEO of Alfardan Group and Chris Brownridge, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Chief Executive.

The service facility is bifurcated into two distinct environments, the Showcase Area and the Technical Insights Section. The former provides relaxed space for discovering the latest Rolls-Royce accessories that are on display. While the latter comes with cutting-edge technology, equipped with a paint shop facility, and 10 working bays that are fully integrated with workbenches. Additionally, in congruity with the brand’s electrification strategy, Rolls-Royce Cars Doha’s standalone Ownership Services facility is fully equipped and ready for servicing the Spectre, the marque’s first fully electric super coupe.

This service centre is yet another example of how Rolls-Royce continually invests in its facilities, products and people which has resulted in a series of ‘record years’ for global sales, peaking in 2023 with over 6,000 motor cars sold worldwide.
