Rimac celebrates 15 successful years at Goodwood with a Nevera special edition
Rimac’s chief test driver takes it slow up the Hillclimb as he pilots a one-of-nine customer car
In its first-ever official appearance at the Goodwood Festival of Speed back in 2017, Croatian hypercar maker Rimac Automobili set a new electric car record up the Hillclimb with the Concept_One hypercar. In 2023, the Nevera Time Attack hypercar set a time of 49.32s to become the fastest EV production car on the hill. But for 2024, Rimac and Bugatti Rimac Chief Test & Development driver, Miro Zrnčević, took things a little slower as one of nine Nevera 15th Anniversary Edition customer cars, scheduled for a drop off in the Middle East, made a pit stop at the 2024 Goodwood Festival of Speed to run the Hillclimb and vow the visitors as a static exhibit at the Supercar Paddock.
Crowds flocked around the paddock to gaze their eyes on the Rimac Nevera 15th Anniversary Edition electric hypercar debuting a new matte copper paint with a fully visible carbon fibre split. Also unique to this Anniversary Edition was the fitment of exclusive dual-colour alloy wheels, 15th Anniversary badging and a new graphical livery that mimics circuit board connections across the centre of the hypercar.
The 15th Anniversary Edition interiors extend the copper treatment on the switchgear and door trims to complement the exterior look. Even the seats receive contrasting copper leather accents and ’15’ embossed into the headrests.
