What does Lootah Desert Oud smell like?
Lootah Desert Oud opens with spice, then moves through amber and incense into oud, vetiver and ambergris. It’s inspired by dusk over the Arabian desert, when the air cools, and the light turns gold. However, the brand says the scent captures the mood the desert leaves, not the place itself.
First come nutmeg, clove and pink pepper. Dry amber then adds a warmth that stays light, and smoky incense carries the scent into oud. Vetiver gives the heart an earthy anchor, while ambergris forms the long trail. Overall, the brand presents the result as calm and understated.

What does Lootah Dolce Oud smell like?
Lootah Dolce Oud opens with fresh fruit, turns creamy and finishes with vanilla, oud, patchouli and leather. It draws on la dolce vita, Italian for the sweet life, and on Italy’s love of beauty. The scent follows an imagined afternoon of berries and desserts that drifts into the evening.
Strawberry, crisp apple and Italian bergamot lead, with a touch of pink pepper. An ice cream accord follows, sliding into caramel, with jasmine adding elegance. A textured raspberry note then leads into vanilla and oud. Finally, patchouli and leather close the scent, adding depth to its playful start.
Lootah says the scent’s appeal rests on balance rather than sweetness.

How do Lootah Desert Oud and Dolce Oud differ?
Lootah Desert Oud is the calmer of the two, and the brand frames it as contemplation. Dolce Oud, however, opens with fruit before turning creamy, and Lootah casts it as a celebration. Both still rest on oud, feature pink pepper in the opening, and share an 80ml size and price.

Yes. Both new fragrances in the brand’s Oud Collection are unisex. Without a gender label, anyone who enjoys oud can enjoy both.
