Lamborghini releases NFT collection for ‘Epic Road Trip’
The eight month long affair will culminate in a new car launch in March 2023
Lamborghini is prepared to embark on an extensive journey that commences from the Moon, crosses Space and sees the super sports car maker touch through the iconic locations of the world, all done virtually. This ‘Epic Road Trip’ will be an eight-month affair culminating in an ultimate new car reveal and seeing the Italian carmaker collaborate with NFT PRO ™ and INVNT to release NFTs for the journey.
New NFTs from this ‘Epic Road Trip’ by Lamborghini can be collected monthly for all eight months until March 2023. There’s a systematic structure to the NFT monthly release. The monthly collection consists of four NFTs: three of which, one released each week, will be available to purchase for only 24 hours. The fourth NFT will be available at the end of the month, again only for 24 hours, in a limited edition of just 63 units. Members that manage to acquire all monthly NFTs – either all three weekly NFTs or the three plus the limited-edition NFT will be eligible to receive a special NFT.
Lamborghini would reward those who remain loyal to the programme. People with two monthly NFT purchases will see a surprise digital artwork by the Lamborghini Centro Stile produced for “The Epic Road Trip” campaign. Members with an NFT purchase collection of the first four months procure a memorable trip to the Sant’Agata Bolognese headquarters. Other rewards will be announced soon.
The first bunch of NFTs have already dropped on the website nft.lamborghini.com with further details on the NFT programme mentioned as well. “Lamborghini loyalists and cryptocurrency fans will be amazed by this next series of drops that culminate in a very special reveal next March,” said Christian Ferri, CEO of NFT PRO™.
