What is new in the Berluti Fly line?

For Autumn/Winter 2026, the Berluti Fly line continues to grow. Since its launch, the line has pushed leather outerwear towards less weight and greater freedom of movement. This season, it adds a new blouson jacket, while its B-Way outerwear gets new colours. The Fly look also extends to leather goods, through the new Fly 24h and Fly 72h travel bags.

What makes the Berluti Fly bags practical?

Light materials, hands-free carrying and a protective base make the Berluti Fly bags practical. Their lightweight construction starts with Piuma leather, named for the Italian word for feather. Berluti says the leather makes carrying the bags more pleasant. The bags feel fluid and natural to hold, and their leather has a subtle sheen.

To keep weight down, the bags have a ripstop nylon lining, a technical fabric that began life in parachutes. You can carry them in several ways, keeping them close to your body and your hands free. The brand’s UAE website lists two adjustable nylon top handles for shoulder or hand carrying. Each bag adds a side leather handle and a trolley loop.

Underneath, an oversized rubber version of Berluti’s Scritto pattern gives each bag a bold signature. Berluti injects the rubber through the leather itself. As a result, each bag has a protective, shock-absorbing base.

Beyond weekends, the roomier Fly 72h suits business travel. The brand says it can go on board as cabin luggage, too. At 55 cm long, 35 cm high and 24 cm wide, the Fly 72h adds a padded 14-inch laptop pouch. On the UAE site, both come in Smoked Green and are made in Italy.

What makes Berluti Fly outerwear so light?

Berluti developed the leather behind the Berluti Fly in-house. The brand’s website credits a distinctive artisanal technique that makes the leather exceptionally fine. Berluti describes the result as light, supple and durable. It feels fluid, yet stands up to everyday wear.

The new blouson jacket uses Fly leather so light that it feels almost weightless. Its soft drape makes it versatile enough for smart and relaxed outfits alike. Meanwhile, the B-Way’s new colours underline the line’s urban side. On Berluti’s UAE website, the B-Way comes as a hooded blouson and as a new, longer parka.

Berluti Fly outerwear starts at AED 30,000 for the Ultralight Fly Leather Hooded Blouson. The Ultralight Fly Leather Parka, the longer B-Way, tops the range at AED 35,500.
