VW boss confirms the return of physical steering buttons

Rejoice enthusiasts, as a recent LinkedIn post by VW CEO Thomas Schäfer stated that physical buttons will return on future Volkswagens due to vehement public feedback. He stated, "we are bringing back the push-button steering wheel! That's what customers want from Volkswagen". However, the CEO avoided declaring a set timeline or the model series on which the push-button steering wheel would re-debut.
