UAE Petrol Price Drops For March 2025

The UAE has announced a slight decrease in fuel prices for March 2025. This adjustment comes after a price hike in February, following a two-month price freeze in December and January.

The new per-litre rates are as follows:

• Super 98: AED 2.73, down from AED 2.74 in February

• Special 95: AED 2.61, reduced from AED 2.63

• E-Plus 91: AED 2.54, a decrease from AED 2.55

• Diesel: AED 2.77, down from AED 2.82

These reductions, ranging between AED 0.01 to AED 0.05 fils per litre, are minimal, but they can accumulate over time, especially for those who pile up those miles on the odo.

• E-Plus 91: Best for cars and bikes with minimal performance requirements, focusing on fuel economy. The perfect fuel for your daily drive or ride, in most cases.

• Diesel: Although low in sheer numbers, diesel-powered pickup trucks & SUVs do exist in the UAE. Standard-issue diesel is available across most petrol pumps in the Emirates.
