Things I Don’t Like About Citroen C3

Buy French perfume!! Not cars

Me & a friend of mine lend a Citroen C3 to take a look & see how good the Citroen is.. & if you are known to this website you may know my friend as Israr Mohi.. You can read his article about the driving dynamics of C3, as he is great in that department.. Whereas in this article I’ll let you to know about the interior & what exactly it feels like to be seated in C3.

The DASHBOARD & Materials:

TBH in my opinion the dash is a bit too on your face & those over sized AC vents makes it even uglier. No matter its got a thin infotainment screen, which is a bit laggy but usable.

The car which we drove was clocked at just under 25thousand kms & the knob which adjust the airflow direction was already stuck. It just feels fantastically cheap.

No Chilled Compartment For Passengers:

Although the Citroen claims that it is an suv, then why not give it a rear AC vent? And apart from that, the 3 cylinder engine with 190nm of torque is good at pulling the car but it fails to cool the cabin.. So Citroen want its customers to reach the destination in time but with sweaty armpits.

No Feel From The Wheel:

I know its not a 911 to handle exceptionally great,  but at least try to give it a nice feel!! I bet they didn’t even tried. The dynamics are great for Indian city roads, but what about the highways? I’ve been more confident on my math test than being seated on C3’s steering wheel.

OKAY! I agree that it’s a budget car & it is supposed to be cheap & all, then what’s the matter with i10 Nios?

Being in the same price bracket Hyundai just made this car feels so right. The materials are great, the dash is appealing & on top of all that it just feels nicer to drive.

I own a 2018 Grand i10 & when I sat in it after driving the C3 I can say that the Citroen is like a tangy cool drink with too much chemicals added, whereas the Grand i10 is like a chilled fresh water.

That maths test sentence, unfortunately, hit hard…..Though, great piece Sumair! Citroen being a new brand in India, is expected to bring a bit more niceness and novelty into the segment but it doesn’t seem like it
