Honda unveiled two prototypes at CES 2025, the Honda 0 Sedan and Honda 0 SUV, which will be available globally starting from 2026. Honda also unveiled its original vehicle operating system (OS), ASIMO OS, for Honda 0 Series models.
The prototype’s low ride height and sporty design immediately set it apart from other electric vehicles. Based on its exterior dimensions, it also has a more spacious interior than one would imagine.
The Honda 0 Saloon will be based on the newly developed dedicated EV architecture and will feature several next-generation technologies that embody the Honda 0 series’ “slim, light, and wise” development approach.
Honda has developed the world’s first highly reliable automated driving technology powered by Level 3 automated driving technology. This technology, along with “super-personalised optimisation,” will provide a personalised mobility experience for each user. The ASIMO operating system will make this possible.
Based on the Space-Hub concept model unveiled at CES 2024, Honda has introduced a mid-size electric SUV prototype, which will be the first model of the Honda 0 series.
Furthermore, the Honda 0 SUV will apply high-precision attitude estimation and stability control based on 3D gyroscopic sensors, a technology Honda has gathered through the development of its original robotics technologies to enable dynamics based on the driver’s will on various types of road surfaces.
