Swedish carmaker Polestar with its exclusive distributor Al-Futtaim Electric Mobility has launched the Polestar 4 in the UAE at the SEE Institute, Sustainable City in Dubai. The Cornea Impression was invited for the exclusive launch of the Polestar 4 performance coupe SUV and here are some highlight features about the new Polestar 4 and what makes it stand out.
The Polestar 4 is the fastest and lowest-carbon Polestar to date with a maximum output of 544hp allowing it to accelerate from 0-100kph in 3.8 seconds. The Polestar 4 can be had in another Long range Single motor trim pushing 272hp to the rear wheels and offering up to 620 km of range.
The new Polestar 4 is the most sustainable Polestar to date. It is produced using hydropower and solar photovoltaic electricity and utilises materials such as recycled aluminium, recycled PET and mono-materials for various aspects of the car comprising the seats and even cabin trim materials.
Polestar claims the design of the 4 combines the aerodynamics of a coupé and the spaciousness of an SUV. The new Polestar 4 even eliminates the rear windscreen and replaces it with a camera for better aerodynamics, unique styling and improved rear passenger seating inside the cabin.
With this, the Polestar 4 joins the Polestar 2 crossover and the Polestar 3 SUV to expand Polestar’s line-up in the UAE.
