Lamborghini Revuelto SV Debuts: Fastest & Most Powerful Production Lamborghini Yet

With 1,050 hp under the hood and aero tech that creates magic out of thin air, this limited-run V12 hybrid is here to rewrite the rules of performance. Meet Sant’Agata’s most extreme masterpiece!

Lamborghini has taken its V12 hybrid supercar to a new level with the Revuelto SV, the latest model to carry the brand’s Super Veloce badge. The limited-production supercar develops 1,050hp, accelerates from 0–100 km/h in 2.4 seconds and has a top speed exceeding 345km/h.

The Revuelto SV also receives extensive aerodynamic, chassis and braking upgrades aimed at improving its performance on track. Lamborghini says it generates 80% more downforce than the standard Revuelto and has recorded a 1:41.6 lap at the Hockenheimring, making it the fastest production car recorded at the German circuit.

Limited to 1,963 units, the Revuelto SV continues Lamborghini’s Super Veloce lineage that began with the Miura SV in 1971.

Powertrain and Performance

The Revuelto SV uses a 6.5-litre naturally aspirated V12 producing 813hp at 9,250rpm and 725Nm at 6,750rpm. The engine can rev to 9,500rpm and works with three electric motors as part of the hybrid powertrain. The combined system output is 1,050 hp (783 kW). This represents a 50hp increase over the standard Revuelto. The electric system uses a 7.3 kWh lithium-ion battery and delivers up to 220kW of electric power.

The Revuelto SV develops a maximum system torque of 1,425 Nm. Its three electric motors enable rapid torque distribution and fully electric torque vectoring for improved traction and cornering response. As a result, the Revuelto SV accelerates from 0–100km/h in 2.4 seconds and reaches 200km/h in 6.7 seconds. Its top speed exceeds 345km/h, making it Lamborghini’s fastest production car.

Aerodynamics and Chassis Upgrades

The Revuelto SV produces 80% more total downforce than the standard Revuelto. It also delivers 10% more downforce than the Aventador SVJ and improves downforce-to-drag efficiency by 60% compared with the regular Revuelto.

To achieve this, the car features a redesigned front splitter and underbody, revised aerodynamic balance, a fixed rear wing and a Gurney flap. New airflow channels also improve cooling around the front and rear brakes during demanding driving.

The SV uses front and rear double-wishbone suspension with four-way manually adjustable passive dampers derived from GT3 racing technology. Lamborghini claims 17% greater agility and 10% more lateral grip compared with the standard Revuelto.

The standard track-focused tyre is a bespoke Bridgestone Potenza Race R semi-slick, measuring 265/35 ZR20 at the front and 345/30 ZR21 at the rear. Bridgestone has also developed Potenza Sport road tyres and Blizzak LM005 winter tyres specifically for the Revuelto SV.

Braking and Control Systems

The SV introduces Lamborghini’s new CCM-R Plus carbon-ceramic braking system. The front discs measure 420mm, while the rear discs measure 410mm, utilising a 3D carbon structure and racing-derived ventilation.

Compared with the standard Revuelto, the SV delivers 11% higher peak deceleration, 23% greater heat dissipation and 12% lower brake-disc temperatures. Lamborghini quotes a 200–0 km/h stopping distance of just 110 metres!

The new Integrated Brake Control system uses a 6D inertial sensor positioned near the vehicle’s centre of gravity. It measures acceleration and rotational movement, helping estimate vehicle speed, slip angle and tyre-road friction. Lamborghini says this can reduce stopping distances by up to 10%, improving cornering performance and stability when the car encounters kerbs.

Track Dynamics and Specifications

The dedicated ‘Pilota’ driving mode introduces a five-stage traction-control system derived from GT3 racing experience. This helped factory driver Marco Mapelli record a 1:41.6 lap at the Hockenheimring, making the Revuelto SV the fastest production car ever recorded at the circuit. The vehicle has a dry weight of 1,772 kg and a power-to-weight ratio of 602.41hp per tonne, with a 43:57 weight distribution.

The SV features new 3D-Superlight Dromos wheels, measuring 20 inches at the front and 21 inches at the rear. Their lightweight construction reduces unsprung mass, while a redesigned Monolocker central-locking system debuts on a series-production Lamborghini.

Design, Interior and Exclusivity

The SV features a more aggressive front-end design, revised splitter and diffuser, a fixed functional rear wing and dedicated SV graphics. Up to 25 exterior elements are available in exposed carbon fibre. Inside, the cabin follows a ‘Feel Like a Pilot’ philosophy with motorsport-inspired controls and optional monocoque carbon-fibre Race Seats.

Production is limited to 1,963 units, referencing Lamborghini’s founding year. Although pricing has not yet been announced, the model is intended for the brand’s most loyal collectors and is currently in the type-approval stage for fuel consumption and emissions.

The New Lamborghini SV

The Lamborghini Revuelto SV is far more than a power upgrade. Lamborghini has reworked its aerodynamics, suspension, braking system, tyres and vehicle dynamics to make the V12 hybrid significantly more capable on a circuit.

With 1,050 hp, 1,425 Nm, a 345+ km/h top speed and a 1:41.6 Hockenheim lap, the Revuelto SV firmly establishes itself as Lamborghini’s most extreme production V12 yet. Its limited run of 1,963 units further ensures that this performance-focused Super Veloce will remain a rare collector’s car.
