Lamborghini has officially revealed the Revuelto Miura 60° Homage, which is a limited-edition car celebrating the 60th anniversary of the Miura, the mid-engined sports car from Lamborghini, launched back in 1966. Only 99 cars will be produced, each featuring exclusive exterior and interior design details created through Lamborghini’s Ad Personam programme in conjunction with Centro Stile.
What is the Revuelto Miura 60° Homage?
Revuelto Miura 60° Homage is a special edition of Lamborghini Revuelto that takes styling inspiration from Miura. Unlike its predecessors, this particular model doesn’t come with any mechanical changes but rather unique design details, exclusive finishes, and limited production.
The Miura, first presented in 1966, is considered to be one of the first production mid-engine supercars. The most powerful Miura production model delivered 380 BHP and was capable of accelerating to 290 kmph, making it one of the fastest road cars in its time.
What exterior design elements does this special edition have?
This special edition comes in nine different exterior colours that reflect some of the paint jobs available for the Miura. The range includes Rosso Arancio, Arancio, Giallo, Verde Scandal, Verde Metallic, Blu Tahiti, Blu Notte, Nero Noctis, and Bianco Monocerus.
There are two unique livery options that include contrasting lower parts, just like in classic Miura colour combinations. One features the Oro Elios colour and Altanero Shiny Gold wheels, while the other uses Grigio Nimbus accents with Altanero Matte Titanium Diamond wheels.
Further unique elements include a special “Miura 60” badge placed above the Revuelto logo next to the rear wheel arch, a gloss black Lamborghini badge on the rear section, gloss black brake callipers, and matte black exhausts.
What about the interior?
The Revuelto Miura 60° Homage incorporates a number of styling cues that pay homage to the classic Miura’s interior design. Specifically, the seats are equipped with Classica Trim finish, which replicates the special “cannelloni” upholstery pattern featured in the classic Miura.
In addition, the centre console, door panels, and rear bulkhead are finished in leather, while an embroidered “Miura 60” badge is placed between the seats. Every car comes with a carbon fibre badge on the driver’s side showing its number in the limited series (from 1 to 99).
Moreover, owners of original Miura models can also order the Ad Personam customisation service from Lamborghini to recreate the exact exterior colour combination of their original car if it differs from the one provided in the standard palette for the Revuelto Miura 60° Homage.
What are the performance specifications?
The Revuelto Miura 60° Homage features the same hybrid power unit as the standard model, without making any alterations.
It includes both the naturally-aspirated V12 engine and the electric hybrid system, providing an overall output of 1,001 BHP and 807 Nm of torque. According to Lamborghini, the car can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in 2.5 seconds and achieve a speed exceeding 350 kmph.
