Hublot enhances the Big Bang with exciting new models

The Big Bang Reloaded models include Titanium Ceramic, All Black, Blue Ceramic, Dark Green Ceramic and Magic Gold.

What is the Big Bang Reloaded?

For Watches and Wonders Geneva 2026, Hublot has unveiled the new Big Bang Reloaded, a series of five watches that “stays true to” the Big Bang’s “iconic design while asserting a bolder, sportier character. The 44 mm case features amplified architecture with a two-part bezel, creating sharper contrasts and enabling dynamic interaction between materials and finishes.” The models include Titanium Ceramic, All Black, Blue Ceramic, Dark Green Ceramic and Magic Gold.

“The Big Bang Reloaded is a masterful statement. It embodies Hublot’s growth as a Manufacture and the evolution of the Big Bang collection and the Unico calibre over time. Hublot introduced the Big Bang Original featuring the Unico calibre earlier this year, inspired by the 2005 original model with a closed dial, yet reimagined and powered from now on by the Unico manufacture calibre. That was a turning point: our in-house calibre now drives the entire Big Bang collection. The next step for us was clear: to re-engineer the openworked Big Bang Unico itself, now more expressive and rebuilt from the inside out.” Julien Tornare, CEO of Hublot.

Yes. All four models are powered by HUB 1280 Unico, the brand’s Manufacture automatic movement that features a column wheel flyback chronograph. It drives the central hours and minutes, small seconds at 9 o’clock, central flyback seconds, 60-minute counter at 3 o’clock and date at (approximately) 4.30. It comprises of 354 parts and 43 jewels, beats at a modern rate of 4 Hz or 28,800 vph and has a power reserve of (approximately) 72 hours. It features a Swiss silicon lever escapement. The tungsten automatic rotor features a black plated or anthracite grey-plated (depending on model) circular satin-finish.

What do we think?

The Big Bang is Hublot’s icon, a collection that celebrated its 20th anniversary last year. It is the perfect canvas for the brand to experiment with its materials, colours, and movement innovations, and collaborations with artists. The Big Bang Reloaded is a slightly larger and bolder interpretation of the Big Bang that showcases Hublot’s material innovations and colours, especially the All Black and Magic Gold. It is a fitting addition to the Big Bang lineup.
