What is the News?
Honda Cars India has launched the facelifted 2026 Elevate in India, its first major update since the mid-size SUV made its debut back in 2023. The facelift brings revised styling, more cabin features, improved insulation and an expanded Honda SENSING package, while retaining the familiar 1.5-litre petrol engine.
What is the new Honda Elevate?
The new Honda Elevate is the facelifted version of Honda Cars India’s mid-size SUV. Honda positions the New Elevate as a more premium and feature-rich take on its existing five-seat SUV. It is aimed at buyers seeking a comfortable family SUV with modern convenience features, instead of a loud brochure offering gimmicks and fancy engine options.

What has changed on the outside?
It’s on the outside where one can notice a significant change; the new Elevate features a refreshed design. At the front, Honda has replaced the earlier grille design with a new mesh-style grille featuring glossy hexagonal elements. The Honda badge has also moved from the centre of the grille to the leading edge of the bonnet, allowing for clean, uninterrupted integration of the new lighting arrangement.

What are the new colour options?
Honda has introduced a new exterior shade to Elevate’s existing colour palette: Nordic Forest Pearl. It joins six existing shades, taking the total monotone palette to seven colours. The other colour options are:
-
Crystal Black Pearl
-
Obsidian Blue Pearl
-
Radiant Red Metallic
-
Meteoroid Grey Metallic
-
Lunar Silver Metallic
-
Platinum White Pearl

The Elevate continues with a wireless phone charger, and it also gets USB Type-C ports. Additional convenience features include ambient lighting, capacitive-touch LED cabin lamps and an auto-dimming inside rear-view mirror on higher variants.

What technology does it offer?
The Elevate continues with a 10.25-inch HD touchscreen infotainment system positioned centrally on the dashboard. It supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It also features a 7.0-inch full-colour TFT multi-information display in the instrument cluster, which displays driving information, fuel-efficiency data, safety alerts and other vehicle-related details.
What safety features are offered?
The New Honda Elevate offers a comprehensive safety package, spearheaded by Honda SENSING ADAS. It includes:
