Etihad Announces A Frequency Boost For Its Direct Atlanta Service

Instead of four weekly flights, the airline will fly to the capital of Georgia, USA, daily.

Back in November last year, Etihad Airways announced ten new routes in one day. Among them was a non-stop service to Atlanta, Georgia, which is yet to go live (planned for July 2, 2025). It seems the airline has been pleasantly surprised by the sheer demand for this route. As a result, it has decided that instead of operating the Abu Dhabi-Atlanta route four times weekly per the original plan, it’ll fly to the capital of Georgia, USA, daily. However, the three additional weekly services will be effective from November 1 this year.

No other airline offers a direct connection to Atlanta from the UAE. Passengers will travel aboard Etihad’s Airbus A350-1000, which has 44 seats in Business Class and 327 in Economy. The outbound flight – EY13 – will depart from the UAE’s capital at 09:40 and arrive in Atlanta at 16:40. The return leg – EY14 – will start and conclude its journey at 22:00 and 19:30 the next day, respectively. This schedule will be followed from July 2, 2025, on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.

Starting November 1, when this service becomes a daily affair, the flight timings will change slightly. Flight EY13 will depart Abu Dhabi’s Zayed International Airport at 09:30 and land at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport at 15:30. For the opposite sector, flight EY14 will start its journey back at 21:00 and conclude at 19:30 the following day. All times mentioned are local.

Etihad is offering one-way fares starting at AED 1,915 for Economy and AED 10,010 for Business Class.
