Emirates Starts Flights To Bogotá

The Dubai-based airline announced earlier this year it will begin flights to the Colombian capital, Bogotá, in the summer. Well, the link has been established. It’ll be a daily service with a stopover in Miami, Florida. A three-class Boeing 777-300ER will serve the newly activated route between Dubai and Bogotá. The aircraft will boast eight private suites in First Class, 42 lie-flat seats in Business Class and 304 in Economy Class. Besides ferrying passengers, each Emirates flight will also offer up to 20 tonnes of additional cargo capacity.

The return flight—EK214—departs from Bogotá at 17:19 and arrives in Miami at 22:15. At 00:45 the next day, the flight leaves Miami and lands in Dubai at 23:00. All times mentioned are local.
