Aman Dubai is a property currently under construction on the Dubai Peninsula. This site sits along the Jumeirah coastline and provides direct access to the beach and open water. Furthermore, the project combines an Aman hotel with a collection of private homes. The developers designed Aman Residences in Dubai to provide a fully serviced living experience. Consequently, these homes feature private outdoor terraces and individual swimming pools. Buyers also receive clear views of the sea and the city skyline.
What amenities will Aman Dubai offer?
The property grounds cover nine acres of gardens. Therefore, it provides a large private green space within the city. Additionally, the development includes shaded courtyards, water features, and walking pathways. The project also features a global Aman Club. This 9,500-square-metre facility functions as a central hub for wellness, dining, and social activities. It contains a movement studio, indoor padel courts, and outdoor tennis courts. The club designates specific areas solely for members, residents, and guests. Meanwhile, residents get priority access to a separate 2,890-square-metre Aman Spa and Wellness centre.

Who is designing and building the project?
Kerry Hill Architects designed Aman Dubai. The design incorporates natural materials and focuses on light and proportion. However, H&H is delivering the construction project. Vlad Doronin, Chairman and CEO of Aman Group, and Shahab Lutfi, Chairman of H&H, direct the development. They state that the project combines an urban setting with a resort environment. Consequently, the architecture responds directly to the regional context and the coastal setting. The teams recently completed the initial ground-breaking phase on the site.

Where is the development located?
Aman Dubai sits on the Dubai Peninsula. Specifically, this development centres on a central park with pedestrian routes. It connects directly to the beach, local promenades, and the marina, creating a walkable coastal environment. The surrounding neighbourhood will feature a superyacht marina, retail shops, restaurants, and landscaped parks. Recently, buyers purchased the two penthouses at Aman Residences, Dubai.
