What is the Breitling and Aston Martin bespoke Super Chronomat experience?
It is a bespoke customisation programme open to owners of the Aston Martin Valhalla, the British automaker’s “first series-production, mid-engine PHEV supercar.” The Breitling models available for customisation include the Super Chronomat B19 44 Perpetual Calendar Chronograph and the Super Chronomat Automatic 38.

Customisation is limited to the colour of the rehaut or flange and central seconds hand (both models), counter hands (perpetual calendar chronograph), an engraving on the automatic winding rotor (perpetual calendar chronograph), and an engraving on the caseback (three-hand with date).
“Valhalla is a statement of what Aston Martin can do. Now we are bringing that same experience to the wrist. For the first time, we have opened up the Super Chronomat design process exclusively to Valhalla owners. This individual timepiece makes the connection to their exceptional vehicle even more personal.” – Georges Kern, CEO of House of Brands.

What do we think?
Breitling is having an extremely busy year. As part of the House of Brands, they relaunched both Universal Genève earlier this year and Gallet earlier last month. In between they have continued to launch exciting new Breitling models such as the Navitimer B09 Chronograph 41 Tribute to Miles Davis.

The bespoke Super Chronomat experience for Aston Martin Valhalla owners is an interesting concept. In addition to Valhalla owners customising either one or both Chronomat models to match their individual supercars’ specifications, the programme adds immense aspirational value to the Breitling universe.
