The Indian arm of the German carmaker Audi is enjoying a strong comeback. And that’s all down to the numbers that follow. Between January and September 2023, Audi India has sold 5,530 units. That equates to an 88 per cent growth over the same period last year. In Q3 2023 alone, it sold 2,056 cars (including SUVs).

Speaking of the SUV portfolio, it has grown by an astonishing 187 per cent for Audi India. Furthermore, sales numbers for Performance Lifestyle cars, including the e-tron range, have risen by 42 per cent in the same period mentioned above.

Over to the pre-owned cars business – Audi Approved: plus. Over the first nine months of this year, it has witnessed a growth of 63 per cent. The carmaker presently has 25 ‘Audi Approved: plus’ dealerships in India. Of the lot, the 24th and the 25th outlets came up in August and September 2023, respectively. Before the calendar reads 2024, Audi India will open two more such outlets, totalling up to 27.
