Japanese athleticwear brand, ASICS and Dubai’s popular multi-sport arena, Danube Sports World has announced a partnership to help promote indoors sports in the region and thereby encourage an active lifestyle, especially during the hot summer months. The collaboration has resulted in the opening of ASICS’ first tennis and padel store in the UAE, ASICS-branded padel courts and locker rooms featuring ASICS’s latest campaign.

Danube Sports World is Dubai’s premier and largest indoor sports facility spanning across 100,000 sq. m. The multi-sport sports arena is capable of hosting a variety of sporting activities simultaneously by serving as an venue for 9 ultra panoramic super mondo courts, 8 badminton courts, 3 football pitches, 4 cricket pitches, 1 tennis court, 4 table tennis tables, 2 basketball courts, a gym along with multi-purpose areas.

The new and exclusive ASICS’ pop-up store at Danube Sports World offers visitors a chance to explore and purchase ASICS’ apparel, footwear and accessories featuring the latest designs and technologies.

The partnership also features an exclusive padel courts branded by ASICS which allows both professionals and hobbyists a premium environment to learn and play the sport. In addition, Danube Sports World’s functional locker rooms have also been branded by ASICS to help players get into the mood. Beyond this, the partnership is also said to include community initiatives, exclusive events and engagement programs.
