New Aston Martin Valkyrie Simulator: Only 24 will be made

• Aston Martin and Curv Racing Simulators have launched the AMR-C01-R Hypercar Edition, an Aston Martin Valkyrie simulator celebrating the Aston Martin Valkyrie racing at this year's 24 Hours of Le Mans. • It is limited to 24 examples worldwide, in two race-inspired liveries, #007 and #009, finished in Aston Martin Podium Green. • Hand-built to order in the UK, it is priced at £58,750 plus taxes and available to order now.

What is the AMR-C01-R Hypercar Edition?

The AMR-C01-R Hypercar Edition is an Aston Martin Valkyrie simulator created by Aston Martin and Curv Racing Simulators. It draws directly on the Aston Martin Valkyrie’s Le Mans programme. Therefore, it brings the feel of a top-class endurance car into a home or showroom. Specifically, it is aimed at collectors and at driving enthusiasts who want a believable cockpit.

How many Aston Martin Valkyrie simulators will be made?

Only 24 examples will be built worldwide, which reinforces the simulator’s collector status. Moreover, each one is hand-built to order in the UK, so no two come off a standard line.

What liveries and colours are available?

Buyers choose between two liveries, badged #007 and #009, both of which reflect Aston Martin’s Le Mans challengers. From there, each uses Aston Martin Podium Green as its base. The contrasting yellow or red accents echo the race cars.

Who developed the simulator?

Development was led by Darren Turner, an Aston Martin high-performance test driver and three-time Le Mans class winner. The design mirrors the driving position of the Aston Martin Valkyrie and pairs a curved 49-inch display with NVIDIA RTX graphics. Furthermore, that screen carries a deep 1000R curvature, a 240Hz refresh rate, a 1ms response time and HDR10+ Gaming for sharp, high-contrast visuals.

According to Turner, who founded Curv Racing Simulators, the team focused first on the driving position, steering feel and racing experience. He explained that these details are what make a simulator convincing and help bring the experience of sitting in the Valkyrie Hypercar as close as possible.

What is new with the steering wheel?

The AMR-C01-R Hypercar Edition introduces a new Aston Martin Valkyrie steering wheel. Notably, each wheel is built to order, allowing owners to personalise it with bespoke side and rotary colour configurations.

How does the design reflect Aston Martin?

Marek Reichman, Executive Vice President and Chief Creative Officer of Aston Martin, described the Valkyrie as one of the most extreme and uncompromising cars the brand has made, a character he says carries into the simulator. He added that the design draws directly on Le Mans race cars while retaining the sculptural form and proportion of Aston Martin’s broader design language.

What are the key specifications?

The standard AMR-C01-R forms the foundation for the AMR-C01-R Hypercar Edition. Both models share the specs. The figures below are from the base variant, but they shape what the Hypercar Edition delivers.

The steering motor offers high torque response with precision feedback, so inputs translate quickly and accurately. Likewise, the pedal box slides electronically through 200mm of travel, driven by an electric actuator inside a carbon-fibre enclosure that keeps the mechanics dust-free. Meanwhile, the seat uses a revised position inspired by the Aston Martin Valkyrie, with additional adjustments that particularly benefit taller drivers.

The whole structure sits within a carbon-fibre monocoque, which houses the technology in a slim, architectural silhouette. On top of this shared base, the Hypercar Edition adds its own signatures: the limited #007 and #009 liveries and the new, personalisable Valkyrie steering wheel.
