Chevrolet has unveiled a new experiential showroom at City Centre Mirdif in Dubai, developed in collaboration with its exclusive dealer in the emirate, Al Ghandi Auto. The showroom integrates vehicle displays, digital technologies, and customer services into a single automotive retail experience.
The showroom occupies more than 630 square metres and allows customers to view, compare, configure, test-drive, and purchase Chevrolet models in one place.

What Features Does the Chevrolet Showroom Have?
The showroom combines physical vehicle displays with digital technologies that help customers research available models. Large LED walls, digital screens, and interactive systems provide information about vehicle features and configuration options.
Visitors can use these facilities before speaking with product specialists. A relaxation room and a café corner also provide additional space for customers to unwind. Chevrolet-branded merchandise is available for purchase as part of the shopping experience.
The showroom’s design aims to facilitate every stage of the buying process, from researching vehicles to arranging test drives and completing purchases.

What Are the Four Zones Within the Showroom?
The Chevrolet showroom features four zones dedicated to different types of vehicles produced by the company.
- Lifestyle Zone: Features Chevrolet’s SUV lineup.
- Off-Road Zone: Showcases off-road vehicles and models suited to outdoor activities.
- New Energy Vehicles Zone: Features Chevrolet’s electric vehicles (EVs) and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs).
- Performance Zone: Showcases Corvette models alongside interactive brand content and a driving simulator.
These zones allow visitors to explore the vehicles and features that best match their interests.

How Does Digital Technology Enhance the Buying Experience?
Interactive displays allow customers to compare vehicles, review specifications, and explore different configurations before consulting a showroom representative. By combining digital tools with physical vehicle displays, the showroom helps customers gather information and examine vehicles in person.
The Corvette Performance Zone features a driving simulator that offers visitors another way to engage with Chevrolet’s performance car lineup.
Combined with opportunities to test-drive and purchase vehicles, these facilities bring several stages of the car-buying process, which are often handled at different locations, together under one roof.

Who Are the Creators of the New Chevrolet Showroom?
The concept was developed by Chevrolet’s local omnichannel team and General Motors’ global industrial design team, in collaboration with Universal Design Studio and ALEC Construction.
The showroom incorporates digital installations, premium finishes, and a flexible interior that can be reconfigured to accommodate new model presentations, seasonal campaigns, and special events. This flexibility allows the space to adapt to changes in Chevrolet’s vehicle lineup and future brand initiatives.
The showroom was designed for the Dubai market while maintaining Chevrolet’s brand identity.
What Is the Role of Al Ghandi Auto in the Project?
Al Ghandi Auto collaborated with Chevrolet on the development of the showroom, serving as the brand’s exclusive dealer in Dubai. The partnership connects the new retail experience with the dealership’s sales and service operations.
Located at City Centre Mirdif, the showroom allows mall visitors to explore Chevrolet vehicles while shopping. Customers can also receive product guidance, arrange test drives, and make purchases.
When Was the Showroom Opened?
Chevrolet and Al Ghandi Auto opened the showroom on 19 October 2026 at City Centre Mirdif in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
