Shelby American has announced the arrival of the 2026 Shelby F-150 Baja Raptor and the 2026 Shelby F-150 Baja Raptor R, limited-production pickup trucks built on Ford’s F-150 Raptor platform. These trucks boast a variety of performance, off-roading, design, and interior modifications that set them apart from their respective Raptor and Raptor R brothers.
What Modifications Are Included in the Powertrain of the 2026 Shelby Trucks?
The 2026 Shelby F-150 Baja Raptor gets a Shelby-designed EcoBoost Performance Package that bumps up its output to 555 BHP. This package includes an open-air performance intake, an aluminium performance intercooler, and a Shelby Borla performance exhaust system.
The performance-oriented Baja Raptor R comes equipped with the 3.8-litre V8 Whipple supercharged engine developed by Shelby. According to Shelby, the truck can produce over 1,000 BHP, making it one of the most powerful pickup trucks on a production chassis.
Which Off-Road Features are Installed?
Both trucks are equipped with upgrades that enable them to conquer difficult terrain. In particular, 37-inch BFGoodrich KM3 Mud-Terrain tyres come on 18-inch two-tone off-road wheels.
In addition, the list of upgrades includes premium lift springs, power-deployable running boards, and the Shelby Baja bed chase rack system. Also, the trucks are equipped with off-road-specific bumpers and auxiliary lighting from Addictive Desert Designs.
How Different is the Appearance of Baja Raptor Models from the Standard Raptor?
To set apart the Baja Raptor models from the regular Ford Raptor series, Shelby offers certain visual changes. First of all, there are custom Shelby body parts, rally stripes throughout the entire vehicle, and Baja Raptor-specific graphics.

In the cabin, both vehicles feature Shelby leather upholstery and carbon-fibre trim. Other available upgrades include billet aluminium race-style pedals, embroidered floor mats, and Shelby CSM numbered badging.
