Tudor Opens their Biggest Boutique In The World
Yas mall adds the Tudor boutique to its watch retail section
On June 8th, Tudor launched its biggest boutique worldwide in Yas Mall with their authorized dealer Mohammed Rasool Khoory & Sons, located in Yas Marina, Abu Dhabi.
In 1926, Hans Wilsdorf, Founder of Rolex, took over Tudor’s brand. Tudor aimed to offer much more affordable watches that would preserve the reputation and quality of Rolex.
Tudor initially started by using off-the-shelf movements while the cases and bracelets were from Rolex. Now, Tudor creates their in-house movements that are featured in their watches. Some of their recent releases are Tudor Black Bay Pro, Tudor Black Bay GMT, and Black Bay Chrono.
Tudor is now gaining popularity the world over. The look and feel of their watches are excellent, and certain models, such as the Black Bay, have already reached cult status with watch collectors.
Tudor is a brand that is not run of the mill and stands out in a crowded marketplace. The brand is positioned as affordable luxury and a stepping stone into the world of watch collecting.
This new boutique will cater to Tudor’s current and potential new customers.
