Sowind Group – the owner of Girard-Perregaux and Ulysse Nardin – has been recognised by Deloitte Private for the second consecutive time as one of the Best Managed Companies in Switzerland in 2025. The first time was in 2024, when they became the first company in Switzerland’s luxury industry to achieve this recognition.

“I am very proud of this second recognition, which perfectly reflects our core values: constant adaptability, collective commitment, and resilience. As a human-sized company, we stay deeply connected to our heritage and traditions, while nurturing a forward-looking and entrepreneurial mindset. In today’s complex and fast-changing environment, agility is more essential than ever, and it’s this ability to adapt with clarity and consistency that enables our teams to remain focused and effective.” – Patrick Pruniaux, CO-Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Sowind Group.

“The past twelve months have been particularly challenging for businesses, marked by geopolitical uncertainty, trade conflicts, and a shortage of skilled workers. The winners of this year’s Deloitte Best Managed Companies Award have impressively demonstrated that they lead with foresight and agility in this environment. They have prevailed and positioned their companies at the top of their industries. The award-winning companies can be justifiably proud of this achievement. In the demanding assessment process, they impressed in all key areas: strategy, productivity, innovation, culture, and leadership principles.” – Andreas Bodenmann, Best Managed Companies Programme Lead at Deloitte Switzerland.

Our Thoughts

Girard-Perregaux’s partnership with Aston Martin resulted in their sixth and seventh collaborations this year. They just celebrated the 50th anniversary of their iconic Laureato with the grand feu enamel dial Laureato 42 mm Infinite Grey.

Ulysse Nardin has displayed significant horological expertise and diversity. These include the Diver [AIR], the lightest mechanical dive watch in the world; Freak [X Gold Enamel], an enamel dial version of the revolutionary Freak; and Blast [Sparkling Rainbow], a skeletonised dial tourbillon with rainbow treatment. All three join the Ulysse Nardin lineup.
Sowind Group’s Best Managed Companies recognition for a second consecutive year is well deserved. We wish them all the best and hope they will continue to delight the horological marketplace with their creations.
