PRYPCO Partners With Red Bull Racing for Spanish and Azerbaijan Formula 1 Grands Prix

PRYPCO is taking its first step onto the Formula 1 grid through a partnership with Red Bull Racing at the Spanish and Azerbaijan Grands Prix.

Dubai-based PropTech company PRYPCO will feature on Red Bull Racing’s RB22, driver race suits and team kit at the Spanish and Azerbaijan Grands Prix as the UAE brand takes its first step onto the Formula 1 grid.

PRYPCO will make its Formula 1 debut through a partnership with Oracle Red Bull Racing at the Spanish and Azerbaijan Grands Prix, placing the Dubai-based property technology company alongside one of the championship’s most recognisable teams for two race weekends.

The agreement will see PRYPCO branding carried on Red Bull Racing’s RB22, as well as the team’s driver race suits and kit. According to the company, the activation makes PRYPCO the first UAE-based PropTech business to feature on a Formula 1 grid.

Rather than a full season sponsorship programme, the partnership is focused on the Spanish and Azerbaijan Grand Prix weekends, giving PRYPCO two city-based events through which to introduce its brand to Formula 1’s international audience.

Founded by Amira Sajwani, PRYPCO operates a digital real estate platform in the UAE, with services spanning property transactions, fractional ownership, real estate tokenisation, investment products and home financing.

Its move into Formula 1 represents a considerable shift in visibility. PRYPCO has built its business around using digital tools to simplify access to real estate, while the Red Bull Racing agreement places the company within a global sporting platform where technology brands have become an increasingly prominent part of the commercial landscape.

Madrid and Baku provide two major stages
The choice of events gives the partnership a distinctive profile.

Madrid is preparing to stage its new Formula 1 Grand Prix at Madring, while Baku has established itself as one of the championship’s most recognisable street venues. Both offer PRYPCO exposure within major urban markets rather than at permanent racing circuits.

The branding will also extend beyond the RB22 itself. Its appearance on driver race suits and team clothing means PRYPCO will form part of Red Bull Racing’s wider identity throughout the two weekends, including garage activity, media appearances and the visual coverage surrounding the team.

PRYPCO has positioned the agreement around the shared themes of speed, technology, innovation and performance, using Formula 1 as a platform to take a business developed in Dubai beyond its existing regional market.

The partnership also reflects Formula 1’s growing appeal to businesses outside the traditional automotive and engineering sectors. Financial technology, software, digital services and technology companies have increasingly used team partnerships to reach the championship’s global audience.

For PRYPCO, that opportunity comes as the company seeks to establish its name beyond the UAE. Moving onto the Red Bull Racing car for Madrid and Baku gives the PropTech platform an immediate presence in one of motorsport’s most commercially competitive environments.

The two-race activation will therefore serve as PRYPCO’s first measure of Formula 1 as a global marketing platform, taking a Dubai-born digital property business onto the grid with Red Bull Racing at two of the championship’s most prominent city events.
