Novitec’s Ferrari Portofino M makes more power than an Aventador
That's not all: the German Tuner has also given the grand-tourer lots of carbon
When Ferrari launched the sportier M version of its Portofino grand tourer in 2021, then everybody seemed to be quite satisfied with the 612 horsepower it offered. When we say everyone, it doesn’t include Novitec – because the German tuner has decided to give the Portofino M more power than an Aventador and lots of carbon fibre.
Let’s talk about the power because this tuned Portofino M has 704 horsepower and 882 Newton-meters of torque. Before you do the Maths, yes, it has 84 hp and 122 Nm more torque than the standard car. The increase in power is thanks to Novitec’s plug-and-play N-Tronic module which fettles with the mapping for the injection, the boost pressure, and the ignition control.
Thanks to the power boost this Portofino can reach 62mph from a standstill in 3.15 seconds 124 mph in 9.4 seconds and not run out of puff until it reaches 201 mph (325 kph).
Novitec has given the Portofino M new carbon trim for the front air intakes and the hood air outlets, carbon fibre on the mirror covers and car’s front fender vents, and 21- and 22-inch forged wheels designed by Vossen.
Novitec has remained coy about the interior but it will offer its usual suite of leather and Alcantara options and execute “even the most unusual wishes” for the interior.
Customers can get all these upgrades for their Portofino M either as a full kit or they can purchase them individually.
