Ducati has launched the 2026 Monster in India at ₹13.99 lakh. The new-generation roadster features an 890cc V2 engine, updated electronics, and revised chassis and ergonomics.

Ducati India has launched a 5th iteration of their iconic Monster moniker for the 2026 model year. For 2026, the Ducati Monster comes in two variants: Monster and Monster+. The new generation of the iconic Monster comes with an advanced 890cc V2 engine, revised chassis, suspension, tweaked design and ergonomics.

What engine powers the 2026 Ducati Monster?

All-new 890cc, liquid-cooled, 90-degree V2 engine powers the 2026 Ducati Monster. The engine uses four valves per cylinder with electronic fuel injection and a variable valve timing system.

This 890cc V2 engine produces 110.7 hp at 9,000rpm and 91.1 Nm at 7,250rpm, and is paired with a six-speed gearbox featuring Ducati Quick Shift technology.

What chassis does the 2026 Ducati Monster use?

The 2026 Ducati Monster uses an aluminium monocoque chassis, with the V2 engine acting as a structural element of the chassis architecture. The motorcycle’s chassis also features a lightweight rear subframe and a swingarm derived from the Panigale V2.
