Monaco now boasts of a new Bugatti showroom

Monaco is the home of the rich and famous—the home of the most glamorous F1 race on the calendar. Monaco, a place which is heaven for supercar lovers, has just added another feather to it is rich automotive history.

The 1929 inaugural Monaco was won by a Type 35B Bugatti, which William Charles Fredrick Grover drove. In 1931 Bugatti also won the Monaco Grand Prix with Louis Chiron at the steering wheel. The Bugatti Chiron hypercars are named after Louis Chiron.

Bugatti has opened a brand new showroom on the Formula 1 Grand Prix circuit at the Rascasse hairpin bend, paying homage to this rich automotive history.

Selected guests were invited to the grand opening ceremony of the new showroom. They then had the opportunity to visit the Prince of Monaco’s famous car collection, which is just 100 meters from the showroom. There the Bugatti guests were given a personal tour by the director of the collection, Valérie Closier, and were able to marvel at a selection of the most exclusive Bugatti vehicles with all their details: the unique La Voiture Noire, one of the ten Centodieci, a rare Divo and a very special Chiron Pur Sport “Grand Prix”. Bugatti’s ultimate roadster, the W16 Mistral, was displayed at the new showroom. These Bugatti creations and the W16 Mistral will be on display in Monaco until April 28 – a unique opportunity to admire them all together.
