Mille Miglia returns to the UAE with more exclusive cars and bigger celebrities

The 2023 1000 Miglia Experience UAE will take place between December 3rd – 7th

Mille Miglia, also known as “The Most Beautiful Race in the World” is back in the UAE for a second edition. The Middle Eastern leg of the race, called the 1000 Miglia Experience UAE, will be orchestrated by the Italian organisers of the original race – 1000 Miglia Srl and Octanium Experiences LLC and the 2023 edition will feature an expanded roster and a new route compared to the 2022 edition.

This year’s 1000 Miglia Experience UAE will span between December 3 to December 7, comprising a sold-out lineup of 120 teams with over 50 percent of participating drivers coming down from different parts of the globe. A host of international celebrities including the likes of supermodel Jodie Kidd, Le Mans winner Stefan Johansson, famous Lamborghini test driver Valentino Balboni among others.

Even the cars in attendance scheduled for this season rank majorly high in rarity and value. Featuring this year will be an 1969 Aston Martin DB6, 1968 Ferrari 275GTB4, 1956 AC Ace – the car that became the legendary Shelby Cobra, an unique coachbuilt 1931 Alfa 6C 1750 GS “Aprile” and an impressive fleet of 11 legendary Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Gullwings and Roadsters.

Visitors can witness the historic and iconic line-up of cars on December 3rd at the Meydan Racecourse. December 4th marks the flag-off of the beautiful yet extensive 1600km rally race across the UAE from the racetrack in Meydan. The following days will see the convoy of participants chart courses through the sunny coasts of Ras Al Khaimah, the rocky outcrop that comprises Oman’s breathtaking Musandam Peninsula, the Jebel Jais mountain hillclimb and the hamlet of Hatta before taking a go at the Yas Marina circuit in the concluding stages. The convoy is scheduled to arrive at the ADGM square at Maryah Island to mark the race finish with the Trophy Ceremony being devised at the Park Hyatt Hotel Saadiyat Island.
