LOT Polish Airlines Announces A New Route To Iceland

It’ll join the airline’s network in April next year.

For those seeking a convenient route to Iceland from Poland, LOT Polish Airlines has some good news. The Polish carrier has announced the addition of a new route to its expanding network. From April 12, 2025, it will begin operating a direct flight from its primary hub, Warsaw, to Reykjavik-Keflavik International Airport.

Flights on the newly announced route will operate four times weekly during summer. The frequency will drop to thrice weekly during winter. Flight LO499 to Iceland will take around four hours and twenty minutes, whereas the return leg – LO500 – will take four hours. Those flight durations will increase by 15 minutes and 5 minutes, respectively, during the winter season.

Tickets for the Warsaw-Reykjavik are available via all the airline’s authorised portals.
