Jetour And World Padel Academy Partner Up In The UAE

The Chinese automaker hopes to gain favour with the active urban youth by associating with the world’s fastest growing sport

Jetour UAE and its official regional distributor, The Elite Cars, a subsidiary of Elite Group Holding, have announced a strategic collaboration with the World Padel Academy (WPA). This collaboration is meant to reflect the Chinese automaker’s commitment to championing an active lifestyle through one of the region’s fastest-growing sports.

Padel, a dynamic fusion of tennis and squash, has earned the title of the “fastest-growing sport in the world,” with over 250,000 new players joining annually. The sport has become a phenomenon in the Middle East, with the UAE, emerging as a key hotspot. World Padel Academy is said to be a top-of-the-line facility with existing locations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Khorfakkan, and soon-to-be-opened ones in Bahrain and the United Kingdom. As part of the partnership, Jetour branding will exclusively take over Court 6 in Dubai and Court 3 in Abu Dhabi. The Emirati star player Fares Al Janahi will represent Jetour and The Elite Cars on the court with branded gear.
