Hedley Studios Brings Automotive Art To The Cannes Film Festival

Here’s something for the art-inclined automotive junkies! Hedley Studios, the only company recreating classic cars with Bugatti, Ferrari, Aston Martin, and Bentley, will showcase its full limited-edition portfolio at the Cannes Film Festival from 13 May to 24 May, 2025. A pop-up showroom on the Jetée Albert Edouard Nord at Vieux Port de Cannes Marina will feature all four editions of its drivable automotive art.

Cannes Film Festival guests and Riviera visitors can view Hedley Studios’ hand-crafted creations, each celebrating iconic automotive history. All four Hedley Studios creations will feature in the pop-up, including the road-legal, 85%-scale electric Bentley Blower Jnr, a handcrafted tribute to the 1929 racing icon, offering elegant transport along La Croisette and the French Riviera.

Also on display will be three more Hedley Studios pieces, including the 75%-scale Ferrari Testa Rossa J, a meticulously handcrafted tribute to the 1957 Le Mans-winning 250 Testa Rossa, built over 300 hours. Adding cinematic flair to the pop-up is the Aston Martin DB5 J ‘No Time to Die Edition’—a 66%-scale electric recreation of James Bond’s iconic car, complete with film-accurate gadgets like miniguns, digital plates, and smokescreen.

Completing the Cannes showcase is Hedley Studios’ first creation, the Bugatti Baby II, a 75%, a scale tribute to the iconic Bugatti Type 35. Crafted using 3D scans of the 1924 Grand Prix car is said to blend precision, heritage, and French automotive legacy.

Ben Hedley, Founder and CEO of Hedley Studios, said:

“The Cannes Film Festival is one of the most prestigious in the world, and we’re delighted to be showcasing our full line-up of automotive art in the heart of Cannes. Each of our pieces resembles a slice of true automotive art, with our teams of designers and engineers applying hours of attention and hand-crafting skills and techniques to their creation.” He added, “Guests and visitors at the glorious IGY Vieux Port de Cannes Marina will be welcome to experience our pieces of automotive art up close from 13-24 May at our pop-up showroom. The perfect backdrop for these wonderful pieces to be displayed, we’re sure that the IGY Vieux Port de Cannes Marina will be abuzz with excitement and anticipation during the film festiva.”
