Chrome. It works on some stuff, such as watches, faux jewelry and keychains. I get it.

But I absolutely loathe chrome-draped stuff on cars and bikes. And manufacturers are cashing in on it, this obsession with shiny stuff. I would rather have those bits painted or leave them in their naked form.
