The UAE flag carrier, Etihad Airways, has announced a new route to Pakistan. Starting September 29, 2025, the airline will operate five weekly flights between Abu Dhabi and Peshawar, on all days except Wednesdays and Saturdays. However, the route will become a daily affair beginning November 22, 2025.
Etihad will deploy an Airbus A320 en route to Peshawar. The aircraft will feature eight seats in Business Class and 150 in Economy. Flight EY 276 will depart from Abu Dhabi’s Zayed International Airport at 02:45 and arrive in Peshawar’s Bacha Khan International Airport at 06:55. Those travelling in the opposite direction will board the airline’s EY 277 service, which will begin and conclude its journey at 08:50 and 11:15, respectively. All times mentioned are local.
Peshawar becomes Etihad’s fourth destination in Pakistan. The carrier already has active services to Karachi, Islamabad, and Lahore. Moreover, Peshawar will be Etihad’s sixteenth new destination in 2025. Other new routes announced include Prague, Warsaw, Algiers, Tunis, and Atlanta. The carrier will also increase frequencies to multiple European getaways, including Paris, Milan, Manchester, Frankfurt, Zurich, and Madrid.
