What is Ducati’s Garage Contest 2026, and why does it matter?
Legendary Italian manufacturer Ducati has officially launched its latest iteration of Garage Contest for 2026 as part of its Centenary celebrations. The Contest invites the best Ducati-based custom motorcycles from around the world and celebrates the creative and mechanical freedom that Ducati owners and fans enjoy. Ducati has officially opened the entries for participants to submit their custom Ducati.
Who can enter the Ducati Garage 2026?
The Ducati Garage 2026 competition is open to fans and motorcycle builders from all over the world, so it is not being positioned as a region-specific event limited to a few select markets. The only key eligibility rule to take part is that the motorcycle must be a Custom Special based on a Ducati model produced from 2006 onward.
How can participants submit their entries, and what happens next?
Interested participants need to visit the dedicated contest section on the Ducati website, read the rules, complete the application form, and submit the required material by email. Ducati says entries must include at least two photos of the motorcycle along with the completed form.
The entry form includes details such as the participant’s personal information, the motorcycle’s name and model, and a description of the modifications done to the bike. Ducati has set 26 May 2026 as the deadline for submissions.
After the entries are submitted, a panel of Ducati experts will review the applications and select 10 finalist motorcycles. Those 10 curated custom Ducati motorcycles will then be displayed in a dedicated area during World Ducati Week 2026. The public attending World Ducati Week will vote to choose the top three specials, while a technical jury and a jury made up of Ducati riders will each name one additional winner.
Where and when will the winners be showcased?
The finalists and winners will be part of World Ducati Week 2026, which Ducati says will take place from 3 to 5 July 2026 at the Misano World Circuit. World Ducati Week 2026 is a setting for Ducati’s 100th-anniversary celebrations.
