Dodge Charger GT Orange Edition Launched In The UAE

Here’s some great news for Dodge and muscle car fans in the United Arab Emirates. The Charger GT Orange Edition has gone on sale, with prices starting at AED 169,900 (or AED 1,799 per month). As the name suggests, the new variant is based on the GT trim but with an array of orange accents inside and out.

The Dodge Charger GT Orange Edition flaunts HEMI orange brake callipers, a black stripe accompanied by an orange tracer, gloss black 20-inch rims and HEMI orange interior stitching, which adds contrast to the all-black theme. Dodge says that the HEMI Orange range honours the early-era, orange-painted look of the HEMI engine, a powerplant that has propelled the brand’s models for decades. The newcomer also packs a black performance spoiler and a black Dodge badge on the grille.

Powering the Dodge Charger GT Orange Edition is the renowned 3.6-litre Pentastar V6 mill that develops 300hp and 358Nm of peak torque, while an 8-speed automatic handles transmission duties. The mechanicals also includes Brembo brakes and high-performance suspension.

Coming to the features list, it includes a flat-bottomed and heated steering wheel, heated front and rear seats, HEMI Orange badges, cruise control, LED headlamps, Nappa leather and Alcantara Suede seat upholstery and ventilated front seats. The list also includes a 6-speaker sound system, an 8.4-inch touchscreen infotainment system and 60:40 split rear seats. On the safety and assistance fronts, the car offers electronic stability control with brake assist, Hill Start Assist, a rearview camera, a tyre pressure monitoring system, a bunch of airbags and rain brake support.

One could spec the car up by opting for an equipment package in the options list. By default, the Dodge Charger GT Orange Edition comes with a 5-year warranty, a 5-year membership for roadside assistance, first-year registration and a free service package.
