Our Thoughts

The Royal Oak Offshore is “a daring and sportier take on the Royal Oak,” the latter among the most famous, iconic, and sought-after watch collections in the world. In terms of materials and colours, Audemars Piguet can experiment a great deal more with the Royal Oak Offshore collection. Watches in this collection are “bold, sporty, and sturdy.”

Both – the Selfwinding Chronograph 43 MM with its dark green dial, and combination of a black and green ceramic case with titanium elements, and the Selfwinding Chronograph 42 MM with its black dial, black ceramic case and titanium elements, and legendary AP bracelet made from black ceramic – are handsome additions to the Royal Oak Offshore lineup.

For collectors seeking a bold and sporty watch dressed in ceramic, powered by a superb haute-horology chronograph movement, and crafted by one of the most prestigious brands in the world, either one of these models will be a winner in their collection.

Audemars Piguet celebrates its 150th anniversary this year. We wrote about Calibre 7138, their new perpetual calendar movement and debut models in February. Please read here.
