What is the Audi Q3?

The Audi Q3 is Audi’s compact luxury SUV, positioned as an accessible entry point into the German brand’s Indian line-up. The latest iteration of the Audi Q3 is locally assembled at the SAVWIPL plant in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Audi says the new Q3 “will resonate strongly with customers seeking a modern compact luxury SUV.”

Audi positions it as a gateway model to the brand, combining strong SUV performance with distinctive premium touches inside the cabin. The new Q3 comes with five exterior colours, two interior themes and ownership packages of up to 15 years for roadside assistance.

What engine powers the new Audi Q3?

The new Audi Q3 in India is powered by a 2.0-litre TFSI turbocharged petrol engine. The engine produces about 201 hp and 320 Nm and is paired with Audi’s quattro all-wheel-drive system. Audi claims that the Q3 can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.1 seconds.

What driving features does the Audi Q3 offer?

Audi has equipped the Q3 with progressive steering and Audi drive select, which offers five driving modes: Balanced, Dynamic, Comfort, Efficiency and Offroad+. These modes allow the driver to tailor the SUV’s responses to different roads, traffic conditions and personal preferences.

Additional driver-focused features on offer are: Comfort suspension for a composed ride, hill hold assist and downhill assist for added confidence on inclines and descents, and shift paddles on the twin-spoke sport leather steering wheel.

What does the Q3’s exterior look like?

The all-new Audi Q3 features a modern, sporty and technology-led exterior with a compact luxury-SUV stance rather than an overtly aggressive performance-SUV look. Which colours are available?

The all-new Audi Q3 is available in five exterior colours: Sage Green, Mythos Black, Glacier White, Navarra Blue and Tambora Grey. Inside, Audi offers two interior colour themes: Tamarind Brown and Pergament Beige.

What is special about the Audi Q3’s headlights?

The Audi Q3’s headlights are special because they use Digital Matrix LED technology with 25,600 micro-LEDs. The unique headlights also offer four selectable daytime-running-light signatures and three advanced dynamic light sequences, allowing the Q3 to present a distinctive and customisable lighting appearance. At the rear, the SUV complements this with LED rear lights and illuminated Audi rings.
