2026 KTM 1390 Super Duke RR Track Revealed as First Track-Only Duke, Limited to 100 Units

The 2026 KTM 1390 Super Duke RR Track arrives as the brand’s first Duke, built exclusively for the racetrack, with up to 202 PS, race-focused electronics, carbon fibre bodywork and a 100-unit global run.

What is the 2026 KTM 1390 Super Duke RR Track?

The 2026 KTM 1390 Super Duke RR Track is KTM’s first track-only Duke model, developed specifically for circuit use only rather than for cruising on the public roads. Unlike the road-legal 1390 Super Duke RR, the TRACK comes free from all the homologation restrictions and limitations of the road bike. It’s lighter, faster, and more ruthless than any Duke yet.

What powers the new Super Duke RR Track?

The 2026 KTM 1390 Super Duke RR Track is powered by a 1,350cc LC8 V-twin engine with KTM’s CAMSHIFT technology. The LC8 V-Twin engine produces 196 PS at 10,000 rpm and 151 Nm of torque. With ram air at 250 km/h, peak output rises to 202 PS. The power is delivered to the rear wheel via a 6-speed gearbox.

How different is it from the standard 1390 Super Duke models?

One of the notable differences between the 1390 Super Duke models is the premium material used on the TRACK model. The TRACK model is clad with carbon fibre bodywork all around,  making it 20 kg lighter than the standard 1390 Super Duke R and 9 kg lighter than the 1390 Super Duke RR.

Where does the weight saving come from?

The weight reduction comes from extensive use of lightweight components such as carbon-fibre bodywork, forged magnesium wheels and titanium fasteners. The bike also gets a full titanium Akrapovic Evolution Line exhaust, which contributes to both the lower weight and the more race-oriented performance.

What chassis and suspension hardware does KTM offer?

The KTM Super Duke 1390 RR TRACK features a chromium-molybdenum steel trellis frame and a WP Pro closed-cartridge suspension at the front and a race-focused WP monoshock setup at the rear. Other cycle parts include superbike-spec Brembo braking components and Michelin Power Performance slick tyres as standard on the TRACK model.

What electronics package does the bike use?

The KTM Super Duke 1390 RR TRACK features a track-oriented electronics suite, such as three dedicated Track ride modes, wheelie control, engine-brake control, motor slip regulation, throttle response settings and Quickshifter+.

Who is this motorcycle really for?

With only 100 units being offered globally, this clearly indicates the RR TRACK model is aimed at riders looking for who want a rare, factory-built circuit machine with an eye on the future collector market.
