It’s a factory-commissioned tribute to the 1977 Harley-Davidson XLCR, a classic cafe racer designed by Willie G. Davidson. The RMCR Concept was revealed at the Mama Tried Motorcycle Show in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA.
