The ZXMoto 500RR is powered by an in‑house developed 470cc, liquid‑cooled, DOHC 16‑valve inline‑four engine with Bosch electronic fuel injection. The engine produces 84hp at 13,500rpm and 46Nm of torque at 11,500rpm.

The ZXMoto 500RR uses an integrated steel trellis diamond frame that supports adjustable rake and anti‑squat angles, enabling track‑level geometry tweaks.
