In the Chassis department, Benelli stayed true to the reliable streetfighter formula, featuring an agile steel trellis frame. The frame is suspended by a fully adjustable 41mm upside-down fork offering a comprehensive rebound, compression, and preload adjustment at the front and an adjustable rear monoshock.
Braking hardware is completed by a pair of Dual 320mm semi-floating front discs with Brembo callipers, with a 260mm disc and a single-piston calliper at the rear. Braking systems are further enhanced with a switchable cornering ABS, with an option to deactivate for track use.

The TNT 550 features a 5-inch TFT colour display that integrates Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and turn-by-turn navigation. Two riding modes are on offer, namely Normal and Sport, which alter throttle mapping and a switchable traction control for wet or aggressive conditions.
