New Ultraviolette X47 Crossover Electric Bike Unveiled: Specs, Range & Price

Indian E-Motorcycle manufacturer, known for its groundbreaking products in the  EV segment, has now launched their latest creation-  the  Ultraviolette X47 Crossover.  The X47 Crossover,  on a first glance, gives off a typical Adventure Touring motorcycle,  but according to the manufacturer,  as it is in the name, it’s a crossover between a Naked street fighter and a touring motorcycle, enabling riders to experience the best of both worlds, ease and tractability of a street motorcycle. fighter and multi-terrain abilities of an ADV.

The X47 Crossover is based on Ultraviolette’s F77 Supersports – but utilises a marginally different main frame and a completely different cast aluminium sub frame. And the styling is very distinctive to the  F77, with a much more relaxed riding triangle, a beak-style fender resembling the Ducati Multistrada V4, a sculpted tank, and a raked tail section.

The motorcycle is powered by the same electric motor found in the F77, which produces 40bhp and 100 Nm of peak torque. The Motorcycle gets an option to choose from two battery pack options: 7.1kWh and 10.3kWh, delivering a range of 211km and 323km, respectively, on a single charge. And capable of doing  0-60kmph sprint under 2.7 seconds and 0-100kmph sprints in 8.1seconds, while the top speed caps out at 145kmph. 

The Ultraviolette X47 Crossover gets a UV Hypersense radar technology, which offers features such as blind spot detection, lane change assist, overtake alert, and rear collision warning. Furthermore, the motorcycle also gets dual integrated cameras that also act as dash-cams. Buyers can also opt for an optional dual display setup that supports real-time front and rear camera feed. Additionally, the X47 Crossover gets three levels of traction control, nine levels of brake regeneration, switchable dual-channel ABS, and a colour TFT display.

The X47 Crosssover comes in three distinct paint schemes- Airstrike White, Shadow Black, and Laser Red. And then there’s also a special edition: Desert Wing variant that caters to the adventure junkies of the motorcycling world. This variant gets a rear luggage rack, saddle stays, and panniers as standard. Bookings are now open at Rs 2.74 lakh; however, the first 1000 customers are set to receive a special discounted price at Rs 2.49 lakh, and the deliveries are set to commence from October 2025.
